• “Collection” refers to a curated group of pieces sharing a common theme, such as kintsugi, tidal horizons, void and gold, or cosmic fields.
• “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses our website, places an order, or purchases our products.
• “Hand-poured” or “Hand-finished” refers to our artisan process where each piece is individually created by hand using resin, pigments, and finishing techniques.
• “Certificate of Authenticity” refers to the official document accompanying each piece that verifies its origin and authenticity as a Tatiana & Glen creation.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Nature of Our Products
Our core offerings include sculptural art mirrors and wall décor (irregular, asymmetrical, and frameless art mirrors accented with hand-poured resin details), sculptural décor (resin heart pieces and statement objects), and tabletop and lifestyle pieces (coasters, placemats, and small surfaces). Each piece is designed to be functional art that enhances both the aesthetic and emotional quality of your space.
3.2 Handcrafted Nature and Variations
Every item is created using a natural fluid pour process with the highest quality resin. This artisan approach means that flow lines, color distribution, and small details may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website. These variations are intentional and are part of what makes each piece unique—they are features of handcrafted luxury, not flaws.

3.3 Made-to-Order Production
Each piece in our Collections is hand-poured and finished to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Production times vary by piece complexity and current studio workload. Estimated production times will be provided at checkout or upon request.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 Order Placement
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s) subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tatiana & Glen. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.2 Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment through Shopify’s secure payment processing system, which may include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your complete payment details on our servers.
4.4 Order Confirmation
Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.
Your order is accepted when we begin production of your piece or when your item ships, whichever occurs first.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes will be presented at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery estimates do not include production time for made-to-order pieces.
5.2 Packaging and Handling
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Our packaging includes protective materials appropriate for fragile items and wall décor. We recommend retaining original packaging materials in case an exchange is needed.

5.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly communicated during promotional periods.
5.4 Risk of Loss and Title
Title and risk of loss for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend shipping insurance for high-value pieces, which may be offered as an option at checkout.
5.5 Delivery Issues
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us immediately. For items lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a trace with the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
6.1 No Returns or Refunds Policy
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds. We understand that investing in functional art and wall décor online requires trust, which is why we are transparent about the handcrafted nature of our products and the variations that make each piece unique.
6.2 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
1. The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
2. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
3. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
4. Any loss in value due to damage or missing components will be deducted from the exchange value
5. Once we receive the original piece in acceptable condition, we will begin creating your replacement
6.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact us with photographs as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and cared for when investing in our décor, and we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies at our discretion.
6.4 Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and address. Production of your replacement piece will begin once we receive and inspect the original item.
7. Cancellations

Because each order is started quickly to avoid delays and get your décor shipped as soon as possible, we can only accept cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
7.2 Cancellation Terms
Cancellation requests within the 24-hour window: Cancellations requested within the first 24 hours of purchase will be fully honored and refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours: After 24 hours, work on your custom piece has already begun, so the order can no longer be cancelled. Our standard exchange policy will apply if you wish to make changes after this window.
7.3 How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email with your order number and cancellation request. Time-sensitive requests should also be followed up by phone if possible.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Ownership
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video content, designs, and software, is the property of Tatiana & Glen or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; make derivative use of our website or its contents; download or copy account information for the benefit of another merchant; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

“Tatiana & Glen” and our logo are trademarks of Tatiana & Glen. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
8.4 Artwork Ownership
When you purchase a piece from us, you own the physical artwork. However, we retain all intellectual property rights in the design, including the right to reproduce, display, and create derivative works based on the design. We may photograph and display your piece (or similar pieces) for promotional purposes.
