Tatiana Glen Studios, operated by Tatiana and Glen LLC ("the studio", "we", "us")

1. Who we are and how we work

Tatiana Glen Studios is a family-owned, minority-owned studio in Florida creating fine art mirrors, bathroom collections, acrylic works and sculptural objects. We do not sell through an online checkout. Every piece is commissioned or reserved through a conversation with the studio; a written quote, your approval and full payment form the order. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Delivery & Shipping policy, our Warranty, Cancellations & Returns policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Handmade work

Each piece is poured, shaped and finished by hand. Flow, color placement, texture and edge vary from the photographs and from piece to piece; screens and lighting change how color appears. Renderings and samples are guides, not exact matches. Any piece can be made to a different size for your space; dimensions, finish and availability are confirmed in the written quote.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on this website are shown in U.S. dollars as an investment guide and may change without notice; the price in your written quote is the price of your order. Full payment reserves your studio slot and starts production. There are no deposits. Payment is made through a secure link we send you; we never collect card details on this website. Sales tax and delivery are quoted separately and confirmed before payment.

4. Cancellation, returns and warranty

You may cancel for a full refund until midnight of the third business day after payment. After that the order is final. Returns are not accepted. The lifetime limited warranty on material durability, damage-in-transit process and workmanship remedy are set out in our Warranty, Cancellations & Returns policy.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery options, cost, timing and inspection are set out in our Delivery & Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you at acceptance of delivery. We do not install; whoever installs a piece is responsible for method, hardware and wall.

6. Customer-owned mirrors

When we customize a mirror you already own, you sign a Mirror Value Declaration setting an agreed value that caps our liability if the mirror is damaged in our care. Removal and reinstallation are handled by your contractor.

7. Intellectual property

You own the physical piece. Tatiana and Glen LLC retains all design rights and copyright, including the right to reproduce and display the design. We may photograph your piece for our portfolio without disclosing your address or personal details; request a written privacy exception before production if you prefer otherwise. "Tatiana Glen Studios" and our marks may not be used without written consent.

8. Studio Partners

Partner pricing for interior designers, builders, showrooms, stagers and art consultants is confirmed in writing per project and is not transferable to retail clients.

9. Website

The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep descriptions accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it, or infringe others' rights.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected piece, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before any formal dispute or payment dispute, contact us in good faith and allow ten business days to resolve it. Unresolved disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, on an individual basis.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
