Every Tatiana Glen piece is a hand-crafted original, treated with the care it deserves from our Miami studio to your home. We partner with specialist fine-art shippers to ensure each art mirror arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All orders include complimentary insured, white-glove shipping within the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window that works for your schedule.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the safest method of transit for your piece. Please contact us for international shipping rates and timelines before placing your order.
Handling & Packaging
Each sculpture is individually crated and insured for its full retail value. All pieces are signed and certified by the artist prior to shipment. Photographic documentation of the packaged work is provided upon request.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each Tatiana Glen piece is a unique, hand-crafted original, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damage incurred during shipping.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at hello@tatianaglen.com. We will work with you and our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Commissions & Custom Orders
Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. Please review all commission details carefully before confirming your order. We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchase.
