How delivery works
We do not sell through an online checkout. Every piece begins with a conversation, and delivery is chosen with you as part of it. When you send an inquiry you select one of the options below; we confirm the cost in writing before you pay anything.
- Insured fine-art freight — crated or foam-cased, shipped with a specialist carrier, insured for the full value. Available throughout the continental United States.
- White-glove delivery & placement — delivered inside, unpacked and placed in the room. Hanging is not included.
- Local courier (South Florida) — insured same-region delivery.
- Local delivery directly from the artist — Tatiana or Glen brings the piece to you in South Florida.
Where we deliver
United States only. Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories are quoted individually.
Cost
Delivery is quoted per piece based on size, weight, destination and the method you choose, and confirmed in writing before payment. There is no flat rate and no hidden charge.
Timing
Production takes 14–21 days from payment for most pieces; oversized, multi-panel or acrylic commissions are scheduled individually. Transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination. Dates are good-faith estimates unless guaranteed in writing.
Packaging and insurance
Every shipped piece is packed for fragile fine art and insured for its full value. Keep all packaging until you are satisfied with the piece.
On delivery
Inspect the piece before signing. Note any visible damage with the carrier, photograph the packaging and the piece, and email us within 48 hours. See our Warranty, Cancellations & Returns policy for what happens next.
Address and access
You confirm the delivery address and access — doors, stairs, elevators — before we ship. Re-delivery, storage or re-crating caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery is charged at cost.
