1. Order scope. This order, the accepted quote, and approved references make up the complete order. Handmade pieces vary slightly in flow, texture, color placement, and finish — that variation is part of the work, not a defect.

2. Payment. The full price reserves your piece and starts production. Delivery or shipping charges are confirmed with you before pickup or shipment.

3. Final sale. Custom, commissioned, personalized, made-to-size, and modified pieces are final sale.

4. Approvals. You are responsible for reviewing names, measurements, colors, orientation, quantities, and addresses before approval. Changes after approval may change price or timing and must be accepted in writing.

5. Color. Screens, lighting, and surroundings change how color and reflective surfaces appear. Samples and renderings are guides, not exact matches.

6. Your space. You confirm the wall space, dimensions, and access (doors, elevators, stairs) before ordering. We do not measure on site or install.

7. Timing. Pieces are typically completed within 14–21 days. Completion and delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless guaranteed in writing.

8. Delivery. Inspect at pickup or delivery and note visible damage before signing. For shipped work, photograph the package and notify us in writing within 48 hours. Risk of loss transfers at acceptance, except for a valid carrier claim or our proven handling damage.

9. Workmanship. Report concerns in writing with photos within 30 days of delivery. We may repair, refinish, replace, or provide another reasonable remedy. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected item; indirect losses are excluded.

10. Installation and care. We do not install. Whoever installs the piece is responsible for the mounting method, anchors, wall structure, and any resulting damage. Follow the care guidance provided with the piece.

11. Ownership. You purchase the physical piece only. Tatiana Glen LLC retains all design and copyright; no reproductions or derivative products.

12. Photography. We may photograph the work for our portfolio and marketing without disclosing your address or personal information. Request a written privacy exception before production if needed.

13. Unclaimed work. If pickup or delivery cannot be accepted within 14 days after notice, storage or re-delivery charges may apply. Work unclaimed after 90 days' written notice may be treated as abandoned as permitted by law.

14. Disputes. Before any payment dispute, contact us in good faith and allow 10 business days to resolve. Electronic signatures and copies may be treated as originals.

15. Complete agreement. This order replaces prior oral discussions. Changes must be in writing and accepted by both sides. A printed copy of these policies accompanies your signed order.
